This is a full-time position, requiring the responsibility for the planning, coordination, and management of Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or public/business administration, two (2) years of experience in administering Public Housing, Section 8 programs and/or Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), supervisory experience, and computer knowledge. Relocation assistance will be available at a flat rate for eligible candidates. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
