Executive Director - Warner Robins
The Housing Authority of the City of Warner Robins, GA is seeking an individual to fill the position of Executive Director effective January 1, 2009. The Authority manages 426 units in Warner Robins. The Housing Authority of Houston County 40 units and the Housing Authority of the City of Perry, GA 50 units. The Executive Director is responsible to two Six Member Board of Commissioners, one for Warner Robins and Houston County Authorities and one for Perry’s Authority. Qualified individuals must have a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field. A Master Degree is highly desirable. A minimal of three years of Supervisor experience and a thorough knowledge of HUD regulations. Candidate should have or be willing to obtain, PHM certification during first year of employment.
