Willie J. Beatty Sr. Managing Partner of the Beatty Group
will serve as this year’s retreat speaker/facilitator. Willie is a retired
executive from the Dana Corporation, a Fortune 200 company in the automotive
industry. He has over thirty years experience in executive leadership roles with
a number of Fortune 100-500 manufacturing organizations. Willie grew up in
Public Housing in Spartanburg, SC. He spent 23 years as a Housing Authority
Commissioner in Statesville, NC while spending 20 of those years as the board
Chairman. He earned, Bachelor of Science Degrees Summa Cum Laude, in Management
and Accounting from South Carolina State University.
