This is a full-time position. The Property Manager is the primary representative of management to the residents and the public. This employee has the direct responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned project. The Property Manager is the management vehicle for implementing all of the policies and procedures established by Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA). This position requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, oral and written communication skills. Also requires walking and physical skills in inspecting public housing units.

The successful candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent, preferably a two-year degree from an accredited college. In addition, courses or experience related to dealing with the public or some equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
