SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUNDS:
Substitutions for registered participants may be made at any time. Refunds will be made for registration cancellations if the notice of cancellation is received in writing, e-mail, or by fax no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021. We impose a surcharge of 2.9% + $0.30 on credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. By clicking the "Pay By Credit Card" button below you agree to this charge.
If you do not wish to pay the surcharge you may click the "Cancel" button then "Pay by Check" button to complete the registration. You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.
