Augusta Housing Authority, Augusta, GA, is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and experienced professional to serve as Director of Development.
This leadership position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth, preservation, and improvement of affordable housing in our community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housing development, real estate, project financing, and strategic planning, along with the leadership skills necessary to manage complex development initiatives.
The Director of Development will lead and oversee affordable housing development and preservation initiatives, including real estate development activities, project financing, planning, and coordination with public and private partners.

This is a full-time position with the option of either a four- or five-day schedule. The starting salary for a qualified candidate would be $91,500 and up, depending on experience. The successful candidate is eligible for all benefits afforded to full-time employees, including health, vision, and dental insurance, disability insurance, and a generous pension and leave package.
