The SERC Education and Training Committee will host a “Combined HOTMA Income and Rent Calculation for PH and HCV” Training in Myrtle Beach, SC – May 21-23 – Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach-Oceanfront, 9800 Queensway Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.   This three (3) day training course will begin daily from 8:30am-4:30pm and  conducted by Nelrod with an opportunity for certification exam.

Hotel room rates are $255.00 plus any applicable state and local tax, which includes daily a complimentary buffet breakfast, evening reception, the resort fee and parking during your stay. You can make your reservations using the link by April 28, 2024.

Registration fee for the workshop is $500.00 that includes lunch each day.  Please fill out the attached registration form and return to Christi Billings, c/o Covington Housing Authority, P. O. Box 88, Covington, Tennessee 38019.  Please make your check payable to SERC-NAHRO.  The registration deadline is May 10, 2024.

The Housing Authority of the City of LaGrange, GA are seeking proposals from qualified firms to facilitate the construction of 12 House and 4 Duplexes. For a total of 20(twenty) single family homes.  (4; 3 bedrooms, 8; 2 bedrooms,1;2-bedroom duplex, 3; 3 bedrooms duplexes).
