Brunswick Housing Authority (“BHA”) is seeking an experienced “Interim Executive Director” to oversee and direct a public-housing agency located in Brunswick, Georgia, having a public-housing program with over 585 public-housing units, along with a Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 – HCV) consisting of some 750 additional units. BHA also has approximately 50 market rate units and over 70 affordable LIHTC units under management. The Executive Director supervises between 25 and 30 employees. (See attached Job Description). The position reports to a Board of Commissioners, and the position would be expected to last between 6 to 18 months in duration. There should be no expectation of continued employment beyond the interim period of 6 to 18 months.
