The Housing Authority of the City of West Point (WPHA) is seeking a qualified Full-Time Work Order Control Coordinator. This position is under the supervision of the Facilities Manager and primary responsible for administrative functions for the Maintenance Department, including communicating with the maintenance team, work order processing, resident charges, and record retention. In addition to warehouse duties, worker productivity, and vacancy status. Monitors all unit renovations and interfaces with contractor as required. Valid Georgia driver license is required.
