Decatur Housing Authority (DHA), Georgia is seeking an experienced full time Portability Specialist This is responsible technical work in all phases of the operation of the Housing Choice Voucher program. This position is responsible for accurately receiving and processing incoming portability requests, submitting billing to the initial public housing authority, performing annual and interim certifications, maintaining tenant files for portability caseload, negotiating, and preparing HAP contracts conducting briefings.
